The Tanpura is a fundamental drone instrument in Indian music, commonly found in both the Hindustani and Carnatic musical traditions. Integral to classical music performances, it provides the foundational note (adharaswara) and contributes to creating an artistic ambiance during live concerts. Serving as a supportive element, the Tanpura does not follow a specific note or rhythm but instead establishes a circle of pitches that do not individually form a melody.

1. Option to select either Pancham or Madhyam swar with continuous audio looping
2. Adjustable tempo ranging from 60 to 140 beats per minute
3. Fine-tuning capabilities allowing pitch variation between -99 to 99 Hz
4. Background playback functionality
